Returns​

If you would like to return an order for a full refund, you have 14 days to return it, from the date of your original order. It must be in its original packaging, undamaged and with any labels attached. We cannot except returns if they are used or dirty. if you deem your item to be faulty, please contact us straight away, so we can investigate. If it is outside of the 14 days, we have the right to deduct 20% as a handling fee.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of return (follow the steps as outlined above)​

Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your order arriving at Groom Service Limited. Your refund will then follow shortly and can take up to 5 days for the payment to reach your account.

We can only refund back to the payment process that you originally paid by.

Replacement Orders

If for any reason we have to replace or duplicate your order through postage failure and then the original order is delivered, any return postage is the responsibility of you. Please allow 7 days for all delivery of postal items.
